GCH (Governance Consulting Holding SA) is a holding company whose main activity is the management, the purchase and the acquisition of shares in companies. It currently owns all the shares in Syslog and GuardEx. Founded in 2014, it is located at Beaumont 20 in Fribourg.

GuardEx Sàrl is a company active in the field of application hosting.
GuardEx Sàrl stands out by exclusively hosting sensitive applications and data in a secure and long-term manner. This approach ensures business continuity by preventing server crashes and various types of attacks, while guaranteeing security and confidentiality.
GuardEx is a 100% Swiss company, with servers and data hosted in Switzerland.

GCH Governance Consulting Holding SA is a limited company established in February 2014. Since its creation, GCH has purchased Syslog Informatique SA in April 2014 and created GuardEx Sàrl in June 2018.
